Russ Baker has worked with Indigenous youth and families for many years, and helps to empower and support community through traditional teachings, healing and wellness practices. One way that Russ does this is through teaching and playing traditional games, including handgames, with youth. In this special episode he teaches what the game is, how it's played, and how it can teach about culture and decolonization.
